The Vin de Mer Epicurean Village is considered the “heart” of the Beaufort Wine & Food Weekend. You can sample more than 300 wines and taste delicious hors d’oeuvres prepared by local chefs! Enjoy cooking demonstrations by guest chefs.  Now in its tenth year, the Beaufort Wine & Food Weekend blends the best of Beaufort with the expertise of celebrity chefs and some of the best wines from across the globe. From wine dinners to cooking demonstrations, tastings and challenges, the Beaufort Wine & Food Weekend has something for everyone!

The purpose of the Beaufort Wine & Food Weekend is to showcase great wineries and winemakers from around the world and pair them with food prepared by local, regional and visiting chefs in an intimate coastal setting along the Crystal Coast.  This five-day charitable event is a fundraiser for the Beaufort Historical Association and other local charities.
